I heard that butter and yeast dont go well together? why is that.Im thinkin about baking donuts and want them to rise.What does butter do to dough does it not make it creamier ?

but now im wondering what does butter do to the dough does it make it creamier than milk?.If it does why then not just use milk or does the combination of the two make it even creamier than just using one of the two ingredients ?

Sure butter and yeast go great together. Like homemade rolls, they have butter and yeast in them. So yes to your question.
