I am a athlete and I am wondering how you make those like fruit smoothies with like strawberries and milk. They are really good but I don't know how I use whey portien in the morning and I need a good shake to balance the taste of it so if someone could give me the recipe that would be great or any other recipe for that matter.

Whey protein is made from cow's milk, so I assume that you would be able to use it in a powdered form in the smoothie blender shake that you want to mix up.
Blender smoothies are very simple to make. Since you like strawberries use them in your smoothie.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1/2 frozen banana, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons powdered protein supplement (Whey Protein)
1 1/2 tablespoons flax seed
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, blend the milk, yogurt, banana, protein( your Whey protein supplement), flax seed, honey, and strawberries until smooth.

1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 banana
1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (I like a mix of berries and peaches)
1/2 cup apple juice

Blend until smooth. You can add a little ice if you want.
