Sure, I have done it, my fridge freezes allot of things, and I have ran in to that problem , you may want to get them to room temp though before you bake, you can leave them out for 2 hours at the most, after that throw them out.

Wow... freezing would change the proteins... I wouldn't use them... with eggs at about 10 cents each, it's not worth the risk of being poisoned.
