In the recipe it called for making 3 wells to put your wet ingredients in, I think it was oil, vinager and coffee. If anyone has that recipe could you send it to me and the name of the Marlboro cookbook.
Thanks

The recipe calls for 3 cups of half and half and reading reviews, other people used 1-1/2 cups half and half and 1-1/2 cups coconut milk and said it turned out better. I couldn't locate coconut milk and found cream of coconut in the liquor department at the grocery store. Could the half and half be "replaced" with cream of coconut, or should I use 1/2 cream of coconut and 1/2 half and half?

I have a spare can of cherry pie filling and a brick of cream cheese. I also have the staples. But no whipped topping, graham crackers, etc. I want to make something sweet (I'm having a craving) but have no ideas on what I can make. Any ideas for something simple?

My mom used to listen to radio. Since I share kitchen with others, yesterday, I used headphones while cooking. I also notice that workers in cafeteria's kitchen have headphones or listen all to radio.

My mother's family always has tamales, empanadas (a stuffed pastry-my favorite filling is pumpkin), and buñuelos (cinnamon-sugar crisps).

We always combine these with the traditional American dishes, but I enjoy having the Mexican food that my grandmother always loved making.

For Christmas dinner I plan to make a pork roast, but I want to do something good with it. I am looking along the lines to glaze it with something, but I am open to all suggestions. To be precise it is a 5 pound center cut loin if that factors into it at all.

Should I go eat some Qdoba Queso Steak Burrito with Pinto Beans, Guac and Three Cheeses?
I am addicted to it but it seems irrational to drive the 30 minutes just for one burrito. What do you think?
