The ingredients are graham crackers lined in a pan, then you pour a mixture of something like milk and sugar that has been cooked in a pot, then sprinkled with choclate chips. I don't know if it cooked in a oven or not. After it is finished making you break it up into pieces. I think it is considered a candy. Please help if you can. Thanks

Do you get the things you need or are you lost without it?

I will do so good and make out a list and leave itl But just making the list out is very helpful and most of the time I can remember most of what I wrote down.

I'm baking my gifts for Christmas this year and I want to be able to bake more than one thing at a time. I have three loave pans. I am baking banana nut bread. I'm wonder if you need to increase the amount of time it takes when you have more than one pan in the oven?

My girlfriend says her uncle always salted the inside of the turkey to "kill germs" which i don't think it works that way. I have not heard of salting the inside before. Wouldn't that make the turkey too salty tasting? Is there any good reason to salt the inside of the turkey?

I saw this on an old episode of "Frugal Gourmet" he used the whole head of cauliflower, just cutting out the middle part of the "stalk" and stuffed it with other ingredients. I don't remember if he steamed or baked it. Does anyone know any ideas of how to make that dish?
