I'm baking my gifts for Christmas this year and I want to be able to bake more than one thing at a time. I have three loave pans. I am baking banana nut bread. I'm wonder if you need to increase the amount of time it takes when you have more than one pan in the oven?

Should be the same amount of time as long as your oven isn't overloaded. The oven will compensate and maintain the temperature you set.

Check them all after about 45 minutes with a toothpick which ever on comes out clean remove if the theres are still runny give another 5-10 minutes and check again. Neat idea do not make them too early though unless your freezing them. I would make them fresh on say Sunday 23rd and have them ready to wrap on Christmas eve day knowing most Banana breads they do not last long so do not make too far ahead of time if you want the fresh taste if you do freeze them just make sure you take them out on the 24 so they are thawed for Christmas.

Maybe a few minutes longer, but the important thing is that you test them with a bamboo skewer to make sure it comes out clean. Unless you're baking 8 or so, the timing will remain about the same

yes. try about 2/3 more time, but check doneness before, as i don't know your oven, the type pans you use, the size and placement of the loaves.

Until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
