I need winter food for my uncle,hes a real sweet tooth,but he needs something healthy

Baking yams in the oven is both healthy AND sweet. It caramelizes when it's done and it's so good. Same with butternut squash...cut it in half and drizzle with a little bit of melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and a bit of nutmeg and allspice. So yummy and sweet but it's healthy.

Tastes like dessert but it's not :-) This is good for a sweet tooth who needs to eat healthy.

This is a really sweet and delicious salad!!!

HEALTHY CARROT SALAD

5 carrots, shredded
1/2 c. raisins
1 Granny Smith apple, chopped
2 tsp. vanilla
1 red Delicious apple, chopped
1 c. nonfat light plain yogurt
2 packets Sweet 'n Low

Mix all ingredients together and chill

Cooking Light's site has an awesome lemon bar recipe. Type in "lemon squares" in the search bar on the site. They're sweet, decadent, and you'd never guess they're low fat.
