What I'd do with those ingredients is, cut the potatoes into slices -- thicker then potato chips but thinner the french fries. Wrap them in aluminum foil with some butter and seasoning (light garlic or onion powder, pepper and some seasoned salt) preheat the oven and bake at 400 for about an hour. Keep the seam in the aluminum foil up so the butter does drip out. I like them skin on but skin them is that's your preference.
Dice the chicken and either stir fry it with the broccoli and mushrooms or simmer it in the marinara sauce (with the mushrooms) for about 20-30 minutes. If I didn't stir fry I'd steam or if forced boil the broccoli and cook a little pasta, since you have potatoes you won't need a lot of pasta and potatoes spoil a lot faster then pasta so you may as well use them. Serve the chicken and sauce over the pasta with the potatoes and broccoli on the side. If you have cheese you can sprinkle that over the top. If you add a lot of spices you're close to having your chicken scalopini.

Soup.
Heat some diced onions (and celery if you have it) in oil on medium heat until translucent. Add a can of chicken broth and tomato sauce. Slice, or chop everything except the pasta, and add it to the pot. Add your favorite spices. I like pepper, cayenne and garlic powder. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Add the pasta to the pot so it's done when the rest of the soup's done (depends on the thickness of the pasta.) Just look on the box to see how long it takes to cook. For example: 10 minutes... put it in at 20 minutes. When it's all done, add water to cover if necessary.

You could do a light stir fry with the mushrooms, chicken, and broccoli and serve it over some pasta or rice. Throw in some herbs and a little honey drizzled at the end with a few shakes of soy and you also have a very light tasting sauce with no fat.

Chicken murphy! Peel potatoes, cut into cubes, cut chicken, cut mushrooms, boil pasta. Cook potatoes, chicken and mushrooms, put in the pasta in a pot. In goes the tomato sauce, stir and voila!

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups chopped, cooked chicken meat
In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper. Toss with chicken and veggies
4 potatoes
1 cup heated milk
2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
4 ounces American cheese
4 ounces Cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
pinch ground red pepper
Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain well.
Put potatoes back in saucepan; stir over low heat until dry, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Mash, adding about 1/2 cup milk and the 2 tablespoons butter.
Serve with cooked chicken

do you have any wine???
you could do a chicken marsala with the mushrooms and marasala wine, a side of steamed brocolli with butter and mashed potatoes or a side of pasta with maranara.
if you have white wine, you could do chicken with a lemon butter & white wine sauce over pasta, garlic & olive oil brocolli as the side.
