I need some recipes that freeze well in individual portions for taking back to university with me. I have no clue what foods can freeze.
I don't eat meat other than seafood.
Any ideas?

How would you freeze egg salad with bread? Wouldn't it get soggy...?

You can freeze lasagna and it keeps very well! I know you said you don't eat meat but there are lots of meat-free lasagna recipes! Soups also freeze well! You can make a HUGE pot of soup then bag it into individual servings.. then freeze them and when you want one just pull it out of the freezer! I hope those ideas help!

I have some divided, covered plastic dishes that I picked up at the Dollar Store awhile back. Sometimes, I'll fill them with left-overs and pop them in the freezer for when my wife is going to be away at dinner time. I've done most of the cooking for the last 46 years, but now, it's just the two of us. I don't mind cooking if there is someone to appreciate it, but when I'm eating alone, it's nice to have something in the freezer. As a second choice, Walmart sometimes carries Banquet frozen dinners for a buck apiece. They aren't "all that", but they're OK in a pinch.

Soups, egg salad and bread, or you could try making up spaghetti sauce and getting some quick-cook noodles.
