Does anyone know how to, or is it even possible to, cure new stainless steel cookware like you can cast iron ?

Only cast iron needs to be cured.

Cast iron is porous. Stainless steel is not, so it doesn't need curing.

(I was going to add that stainless is better and that's why it doesn't need curing, but I won't!) lol.

I dont like stainless steel cookware because it turns brown due to overuse and high temperture, best just to use cast iron.

Can't do it. Not stainless. And it's totally unnecessary anyway.
