For Christmas dinner I plan to make a pork roast, but I want to do something good with it. I am looking along the lines to glaze it with something, but I am open to all suggestions. To be precise it is a 5 pound center cut loin if that factors into it at all.

I hate it when people are talking about roasting pork then someone comes and says add sugar to the pork..

How can people eat sugar with meat thats nasty and silly!

What i suggest you do is soak the pork in some grounded ginger paste overnight in the fridge then the following morning you can rub it with some grounded fresh pepper and onions then roast it over a barbecue.

You will love it.

Orange juice cooked down into a syrup makes a good pork glaze. You may want to add a little sugar but I doubt you'll need it.
