eating or is it that they are cooked ok but then left too long? Or is it because they were too old when cooked? When prawns are not cooked with oven heat, but they are mariinated in lemon and then eaten, is that the equivalent of oven heat when it comes to killing any potential food poisoning? Also, when you are at a small island in the ocean surrounded by hundreds of moored boats whose onboard toilets empty into the sea, is it safe to eat seafood that is caught in that area either after it has been oven cooked or mariinated in lemon? Is it safe to swim there?
