Well you don't say if you have steaks or a sirloin roast, if it is steak:
Throw them on the grill is always best.
You can marinate them, of course, if you must. Do so a couple of hours before grilling. Pick your favorite marinade from the 100's in the stores.
If it is a roast put a nice coating of olive oil, sea salt and pepper on it, put in a roasting pan and into the oven 325 until if is done to your liking, that depends on how big it is. We like our medium rare, which is still a bit pink in the middle, about 135-140, if you don't want any pink go for an internal temp of 165-170. But remember after you pull it out of the oven it will continue to cook so take out a few degrees before the magic number is hit.
Always let steaks and roast sit for at least 10 minutes before you cut into them.

Beef sirloin is good for making Beef Stroganoff, there are hundreds of recipes via the net, try foodnetwork.com. I even like the seasoning mix from the store, add sour cream, and serve over egg noodles...Yum!

Beef Stroganoff..
Beef sirloin cut into uniform 1/2 inch thick strips..
Coated in seasoned flour.. Salt/Pepper
8. oz. of mushrooms sliced
1 small onion sliced/diced
1/2 green pepper sliced
Brown meat, onions, mushrooms,peppers in skillet w/ butter and remove..
Open 2 cans of beef broth and add to hot skillet, and simmer 10-15 min. to reduce... Add 2-3 tablespoons of ketchup/ same of dijon style mustard and worchester sauce.. Let it thicken.. Add meat/vegatables... Turn off heat and add 1 c.- 1 1/2 c. sour cream... Serve over cooked wide egg noodles...

mmmmmmmmmmmmm my favorite maronate in salt peper onion just a little bit though,then 30 minutes of maronating and then put on grill or pan and then cook it from there an it will be fantastic of and put some scalions when you take of grill or pan
