avocado, chicken and prosciutto. Please give me one if you have it or alternatively i was going to try and and stuff some chicken breast with feta and avocado and maybe a little sundried tomato and then wrap prosciutto around it - how would that go?

Oh, yeah, that would work very nicely -- basically, the avocado takes the place of the cheese. I think that recipe (if you did it with cheese) would be Chicken Saltimbocco, so you might try to look at recipes for that.

I'd just add pepper and the tiniest bit of salt, and then bake it or grill it.

If you leave off the prosciutto, you could add some cumin and mayonnaise to the avocado, and stuff your chicken that way. Serve with a little salsa. I'm not sure how cumin and Pro. would go together.

I can't imagine basil/oregano with avocado, either, but perhaps a little rosemary? Stuff that in your chicken, wrap in your ham, and then bake, then drizzle with a little raspberry sauce. Flavoriffic?

i do like avocado so leave it out

take the dried tomado's soak in either olive oil or red wine till they plump up then hammer the chicken raw with meat clever till flat sprinkle seasoning -then top of that lay the ham then top of that lay the plump tomado then roll it like a jelly roll then put tooth picks to hold it together then roll in flour then fry till brown then put in oven with melted butter and fresh basil bake till clear juices -you can make a gravy or just take out oven and take out tooth pick's and slice on plater ---sort of like cord on blue type dish
