Has anyone ever tried green beans fixed with a little bit of beef base in it? It is truly delicious. It totally changes the flavor.

I love rice crispy treats but when they cool they get really hard. I follow the recipe on the cereal box so I'm not sure whats going on. Anybody know what I can do to help my treats from turning into bricks?

Can I use Canola oil? Our neighbor is allergic to peanuts.
How long can I store the oil? How many times can I use it?
And should I season the bird before I put it in or is that kind of a waste?
Thanks☼

I am making open-faced sandwiches with toasted wheat bread, pesto, sundried tomatos, and mozzarella. I wanted to spread goat cheese on before adding the other toppings. What could I add to it other than water maybe to make it thin down enough to spread?

Hey guys, I go into my modes. One day I LOVE to cook, but the next it's like blah. But I have to cook for my fam. I work Mon-Fri 9-5. I'm usually home by 7:00pm so by then the meat has already marinated cause I season it in the morning before I head off. I'm hispanic (dominican & puerto rican) so the basics are rice, beans and chicken, lol. My hubby is African-American so I try to make all kinds of food, but he LOVES the Spanish cooking... :-) I'm still rocky with the cooking though. Do you guys have any recipes/tips...I love to bake btw, baked mac & cheese is the best!
Also, what's the easiest cheesiest lasagna recipe?

~Thank you all! ~

i kno it sounds silly, but is there is?i mean like its made from something else other than wine. i never use alcohol in my cooking, i mean i cant take alcohol (as per principle n belief). recently ive tried salad with a very good dressing (accidently) n liking it, only then i learn that its balsamic vinegar n it's made from wine.any substitute for it?any suggestion?

I've seen people rinse spaghetti in cold water after it's been cooked, and some boxes tell you not to, just wondering why you would do it in the first place.
