Hi everyone. I have a small pack of boneless pork ribs, .75 lbs. I want to cook them in the crock pot with some BBQ sauce. How long would I need to cook them? My crockpot is a small one and it only has a high and a low setting. I want to make sure they are done, but not overdone. So what setting, and how long? Thanks!

. . . . you know like you can buy in the sachets? I know to add finely chopped peppers and peas, but what makes the taste and colour?

We all like it but I was horrified when I read the list of ingredients!

I didn't yield many good results from my search. I just want a simple white gravy, or a gravy that would be good to serve with country fried steak. I know the usual base is milk and flour, but should I add drippings from the steaks to it? What seasonings do I add? Is salt and pepper adequate? I assume that I should mix it together first before putting it in the pan, because the first time I made it, I put the milk in first, gradually adding the flour - turned out very lumpy.

I run a cheese farm, and one of my main milking birds has died. Does anyone know of a place that actually buys back old dead birds?

I found this recipe for Bruchetta Toasts. You take white bread, cut off crusts, flatten with a rolling pin and then cut into four pieces. You spread butter on these pieces and form into mini-muffin pans to make little toast cups. So I made the toast cups last night and they turned out great.

Then I found out that more than half of the guests coming do not even like Brushetta. So what can I put in these little toasts instead?
