PORK CHOPS WITH SAUCE IN CROCK-POT
Use ONLY ONE of the following:
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar sweet and sour sauce
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken and rice soup
1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Brown pork chops well and season lightly with salt and pepper. Place in crock-pot and cover with any one of the above sauces. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours (high 4 to 5 hours).

Easy Pork Chop Dinner:
1 large onion, thinly sliced
3-4 medium baking potatoes sliced
6 pork chops
1 can(10 3/4 ounces) reduced fat condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 cup water or milk
1. Place onion then potatoes in slow cooker. Top with pork.
2. Combine soup and water or milk in small bowl; pour over chops. Cover; cook on LOW 6-8 hours.

when i use to eat pork chops i would put the pork chops bone n all in the crock pot, pour cream of mushroom, sliced onions, salt, pepper,sour cream and sliced button mushrooms. simmer on low for 6-8 hours! omg it's good!

Brown the chops ahead of time or not, your choice. Slow cook with cream of mushroom soup. You get fall apart tender pork with a delicious gravy that can be served with rice, potatoes, pastas, or spetzel.

first broil them to brown the fat 2 min ea side. then place in crockpot w/saucy-susan or duck sauce found w/chinese food 1 jar and slow cook 8 hrs. these are so good.
