For something a little different, try a spaghetti bake. Break uncooked spaghetti in half or thirds (or use fideo pasta; it's already short) then cook according to the instructions on the package. Into the drained cooked spaghetti or fideo, stir a jar of a good pasta sauce. Brown and drain a pound or so of ground meat (I use chicken or turkey, but beef works, too) and stir that in, too. Pile this whole mess into a 13"x9" baking pan (cake pan or casserole of similar size) and spread it evenly. Top with grated mozzarella cheese, a nice thick layer. Pop the whole thing into a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven and bake for about 20-230 min, or until the cheese starts to brown and bubble.

Serve piping hot with garlic bread or breadsticks and a cool green salad. It's a new twist on an old favorite.

You can do fettuchini alfredo with broccoli and chicken. Cube the chicken and cook it in a pan with a little olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Steam the broccoli by putting it in a pan w/ a cover and just a bit of water (less than an inch) over heat. Let the water boil for three or four minutes then take the broccoli off the heat. Use sauce from a jar and add spices to make it how you like it. Put it all over cooked noodles and grate a little cheese over it. Sooo good.

Make a salad for a side.

Chicken Alfredo! Very easy!

Grill some boneless/skinless chicken in the skillet. Boil "Penne" noodles with a little oil so they will not stick. Chop some tomatoes. And shred some cheese or buy it pre-shredded.

Dump boiled noodles in bake dish
Then the chicken
Then put the Alfredo sauce over the top
Then spread the cheese
Last, put on the tomatoes

Bake in over uncovered for fifteen minutes until cheese is melted.

Wala!!

SUPER E-A-S-Y-, Q-U-I-C-K- & G-O-O-D-! (I think it's called CHICKEN PARMESEAN ??).... all done on top of stove in a large frying pan or you can bake after frying the breasts....

NO CHOPPING, NO MEASURING, JUST THROW IT IN THE PAN & IT'S DELICIOUS!

1. Fry Chicken Breast filets in a little oil or margerine until Just About Done.
2. Pour off any fat, reduce heat to low & sprinkle parmesean, mozzerella, or just about any cheese on top of each breast
3. Open a can of spaghetti sauce & pour all over & around. You may want to add some italian seasoning, oregano, or something, but I usually dont.
4. Cover the pan & let simmer on low until sauce gets hot.

Serve with whatever--noodles & maybe broccoli or whatever!

Voila!

Loved by all my friends AND my kid's friends!

lasagna. i always mix tub ricotta, 1egg, parmesean cheese, 1 cup mozzerella in a bowl. then i use jar spaghetti sauce. after cooking your lasagna noodles you layer a casserole dish with sauce first (so noodles wont stick) then noodles, then cheese mixture, then noodles, sauce, cheese, do this till you are left with cheese on top. bake at 350 for 40 min, or until it's heated thru and melted perfectly!

Spaghetti with sauce from a jar (there are lots of good ones). Nothing is easier. Serve with garlic bread and a salad for a complete meal.

Lasagna is really not all that hard, but it appears difficult and seems like you worked your butt off for it. Go to this web site for other ones if you don't want to make any of these.
