Ask for fries with NO SALT, do it especially when going to the drive-thru.

Don't want no cold/ol' fries!

Every time we go to Jamaica we have to get a meat patty. The best ones are from the locals and are served in a greasy brown paper bag. They are like a crispy dough with spicy meat inside. If anyone has the recipe please tell! Thanks!

I have a bag of baby carrots that I need to cook. What is a good, easy way to prepare carrots that doesn't involve maple syrup or brown sugar or anything else sweet. I'm looking for a savory side dish.

Chicken breast is so easy and versatile but it often comes out dry. I have read to soak in buttermilk if frying but how about baking or pan searing. Any clues?

Never liked it much, besides one time when it was done on a bbq (whole fish, wrapped in foil). It was soo good! How do I prepare salmon at home, in the same way?
Also other recipe's using different cuts of salmon would also be appreciated.
Thanks for all your answers!

I'm making dinner plans, and I thought I would experiment with baked spaghetti. The sauce, however, upsets my mother's stomach; so I thought I would make a second one with just the noodles and something that wouldn't hurt her. This is where you all come in. I thought I'd put butter on this one and sprinkle it with parmesan before I baked it. I also thought about putting some ground beef on there with the butter and parmesan poured over it all. Which do you think would be better...with or without the meat?
