STEPS FOR DEFROSTING A CHICKEN
step 1- remove plastic
step 2- rinse chicken
step 3- wash hands
step 4- take chicken
step 5- put on plate
step 6- wash hands
step 7- put in microwave
step 8- set microwave to 'defrost'
step 9- set to 10 min.
step 10- press 'start'

Chicken is food you have to be carefull of as if not properly defrosted and cooked ,food poisoning could result.
Defrost in the bottom part of the refrigator over a night or two.
Never cook it if it's not properly defrosted.

most microwaves have a defrost button - otherwise use %25 power for 5 minutes per pound.

put it in a bowl of water for a couple hours (if its like a chicken in a bag) or put it in the refridgerator. never just leave it to defreeze like on the counter

well colage kid im a high school kid ( yes i can cook ) if you've planned it ahead of time leave it on a dishtowel on the counter , but if you have'nt then fill your sink w/hot water and put it in there . it works to trust me it may take 45 min. depending on the size of the chickin but it works in like 5 min. w/steak .
