After the egg has cooked, immediately put the egg into cold water. This process will make the egg easier to peel later.

Fresh eggs will not peel easily when hard boiled. You need to use older eggs like 1 week or so and then they will peel very nicely.

Tap the top and bottom of the egg against the counter or something to crack it then roll the egg on it's side to crack the rest of the shell. Peel off under running water.

Break them under a cold water drip. I put all the eggs in a bowl and put it in the sink. I pick up one egg and another in my other hand, I bang them together til one breaks then I roll and squeeze it in my hand under the cold water. It should come off rather easily. You have to get under the thin membrane and do that under water too. All this sounds so much harder than it is.

Run cold water over it or pour cold water into the pot in which you boiled them in and after a minute. Crack it with the back of a tablespoon. And Enjoy ;)

Poke the pointy end of the egg with a pin to make a tiny hole. That is what my mom does.
