I love tuna steaks and salmon. Trout and walleye is okay. I think swordfish is out of my price range (ahi tuna, my favorite, is as well).

I found a recipe for sour cream fudge that sounds really, really good. People have told me it's difficult, but I'm looking through a cook book with all sorts of different recipes for fudge, and it doesn't look that difficult just as long as I do it on a dry day. So, I don't know. People who have made fudge before, is it a difficult task? Thanks!

Has anyone tried it? I have a tenderloin and not many spices (I just moved and most of my spices are in a different state...long story). But I have a bottle of teriyaki sauce. Also I have bread crumbs, cayenne pepper, and olive oil, and a pork gravy mix. Maybe I should go that way instead. I also have red wine, worchestere sauce and soy sauce (but no garlic, sugar, or ginger) and salt and pepper, of course. Any suggestions?

They can be in the basis of soup, noodles, rice, bread and bake, boil, fry, deep fry, steam, grill or just raw.

I am interested in Mexican, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Turkey, any African, European and South American dishes. Please include any other regions and countries in the world I forgot :D

I don't know much about baking pork, making pot roasts, anything to do with ribs/certain cuts of beef.....any suggestions for a beginner's foray into roasting meat/pork? I usually just cook chicken, pasta dishes, salads, and stir fries, but it seems much easier to bake slabs of meat, versus preparing multi-step/pot and pan dishes, but I don't want to overcook the meat, since that would be a expensive mistake. I have started experimenting with precooked ham, porketta roasts, and pork tenderloin. I have done pork chops, and steak as well. That is it, though. Any suggestions for other types of meat, pork, or turkey recipes to prepare in the oven?

I want to bake a giant chocolate chip cookie in a rectangular cookie pan (10.5" x 16.5") using store bought dough. My plan is to bake them on the soft side so I can use a cookie cutter to cut out shapes. I'm unsure of how long to bake it and at what temperature so that it gets cooked through in the middle without burning at the edges. Anyone done this before and have any tips?

I know I'm supposed to reduce the liquid in the recipe by 1/4 cup and change the baking temperature when I substitute honey for sugar, but isn't honey sweeter than sugar?
