That sounds really good. If you're making the black pepper tuna your self then right when it's done squeeze a lemon into the pan and stir all the pepper and goodies in the bottom together then put that tuna on your bread or roll and pour a little of those pan juices on, wow, no mayo (making a note on this one)

add mayo would be nicer. if u like your tuna fillings hot, try this:

can of tuna
mayo (depends on how much is your tuna)
chopped onions (tiny bits)
chopped small chili
dash of white pepper
mix them all and eat with crackers or as sandwich fillings.
if u eat as sandwich fillings, add buttercup lettuce for that extra crunch.
