INGREDIENTS
4 (4 ounce) fillets tilapia
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, or to taste
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Season the tilapia fillets with salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning on both sides. Arrange the seasoned fillets in a single layer in the baking dish. Place a layer of lemon slices over the fish fillets. I usually use about 2 slices on each piece so that it covers most of the surface of the fish.
Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
While the fish is baking, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice and dill in a small bowl. Serve with tilapia.

basically all you would do is buy a cajun suace you can find this were you would get your taco seasoning and they will have a packet for cajun sauce and then buy some limes and add i would say one whole lime to the sauce mainade the fish for about 15 minutes on the counter before grilling then use the marinade to glaze the fish while grilling on your grill . make some rice and plate the fish over rice tado . I would prbably pick some plain wild rice or plack rice to serve it over . good luck .

I don't have a recipe per se, but I would get the fish filet's, rinse them in cold water pat dry and put them on saran wrap.Rub with olive oil and then add Cajun seasonings--you can probably find a mix at the grocery store in the spice aisle--otherwise, use like paprika, cayenne pepper--careful this makes it hot--a little goes a long way--black pepper, sea salt,garlic-I like granulated, but powder is fine, parsley and oregano--see why it might be easier to just buy a mix?
Rub both sides of the fish with mix
A cast iron pan works best, --heat pan until water splatters when you shake it at the pan
Add the fish, cook for 2-3 minutes on each side--
serve on warm plate and squeeze fresh lime juice right before serving.
Voila'
