Ok - can anyone suggest something fairly quick to make but also very tasty with the few boring ingredients I've got in my cupboard? Trying NOT to just eat a boring pasta and sauce again. Need to make a tasty meal for 2 and all I've got is -
mushrooms
onions
4 sausages
4 eggs
tuna
dried pasta
cheese
rice
tinned tuna
garlic bread
Any ideas????!!

From making the Vinaigrette Sauce so much through the years my page 311 fell out of the book! I had inserted it back in but now is not there! You'd think after making it so many years I'd know it by heart...uses lemon juice, olive oil, dry mustard... please?

I have cooled the noodles, let them sit to let the water drain, I have put the celery on paper towel to drain the water, I have mixed all the dressing ingredients together then put it on the noodles, I have also tried mixing each separately. It's driving me crazy! Is it because of the humidity in Florida?

I don't know why but Semi-Homemade with Sandra Lee is so irritating to me. I hate her shortcuts and stupid recipes, and everything looks gross. I dont' watch her regulary, so don't tell me not to watch. I was just curious if anyone tries her recipes, are they really as good as she acts like they are? She's my pet peeve! I can't explain it!

My late grandmother was German & made the best deviled eggs, but unfortunately I never got the recipe from her. It was not the typical recipe, I think the basic ingredients, aside from the hard-cooked eggs, were prepared yellow mustard, vinegar, a little salt & pepper, sugar, and maybe a little milk for thinning...NO mayonnaise or Miracle Whip at all. I may have to experiment to find the right measurements, but was hoping maybe someone knows how to make these & can help me out. Thanks!
