Hello,
Big game party at my place, and I need some chicken wings. We are going to bake them to be healthier, does anyone know any good baked chicken wing recipes? For example, making them crisp, sauces, or any battering would be helpful! Thanks

My aunts bf made stuffed mushrooms and I cannot find a similar recipe. They were white button mushrooms with a pork filling that was marinated in wishochire sauce.

Any good recipes without seafood or sasuage?

I tasted some diet onion rings that were made using a recipe by www.hungry-girl.com and they were actually pretty good considering but they could use a little more flavor. Any seasoning suggestions to add a little umph?

How do you know how much of the meat, noodles and sauce to use to make it even?

I'm using angel hair wheat noodles, and for the sauce I was thinking half a pound of beef and I have a 1lb 10oz can of Ragu. I always end up with too many noodles or too much sauce. What's a good portions ratio?

Im going to try a recipe of corned beef, spring onion, red pepper mashed potato and seasoning all shaped and pan fried in patties. My fella said chips but i think chips or wedges would be too much potato for one meal. I would have also said eggs or baked beans but my fella does not like either of those. I suggested sweetcorn relish but he didnt fancy that either. Any ideas?

I want to cook a steak now and again to go with something like green vegetables and mash. All I can afford are the big, thin frying steaks that are around £2/3 pounds at the butchers.

I cooked one once before and fried it. But now I am more health conscious; is there another way you can cook this type of steak?

Thank you very much for your help.

This is a lovely tasty snack,
bacon, eggs, tomato. but wait...chop the tomato and bacon up small, fry them off, add 2 eggs and mix it all up, then serve with bread and butter or on toast. i prefer it with smoked bacon.
in our house we call it,"bus sick" cos thats what it looks like, vomit you used to see on the old double decker busses that used to stick between the grooves of the flooring.BUT trust me it tastes great.GO ON give it a go.
