Get some chicken parts, any kind you want, some dried rosemary and Lawry's seasoned salt, some good bread and butter or margarine, and any type of fresh veggies you'd like to microwave. If you don't have a microwave, buy ingredients for a big green salad, plus your favorite dressing.
When you get home, preheat the oven to 350. Put the chicken in a baking pan, sprinkle generously with the rosemary and moderately with the Lawry's. Bake for one hour, the skin will be very crispy and the meat will be moist. While the chicken is baking, microwave your veggies or make your salad. Serve with bread and butter.
This is one of my favorite meals, takes very little effort even when I'm tired, and my family likes it too. While it's baking, I have time for a shower or time with my kids.
Good luck, I hope you enjoy it!

When I want a filling, healthy meal, I head to the store and pick up a package of stir-fry raw chicken and a bag of mixed veggies. There is nothing better than a bag of veggies with some chicken. You can add a lil' soy sauce for flavoring if you'd like or even some butter or garlic. If you are going for healthy, lay off the butter, though. Hope this helps! Enjoy!

Its easy , do you prefer roast or chicken?
heat the oven to 375
puncture the fresh meat so it gets tender
use deep baking pan
peel potatoes and carrots chopped how you like
put the meat and vegetables together in the pan
put water in the pan almost half way covering the meat
put like 3 tablespoons of butter or more if you want that taste
cut onions so they form rings and make them the top layer
and get some mrs. dash table blend and use that for seasoning cause its sodium free. and just use enough potatoes and carrots to fill you and whoever is eating up and replace pop with water and a slice of lemon or lime and you have a dinner. Now since this is raw meat I suggest you cook it for at least two hours the longer you cook it the juicer it gets ....................oh yeah dont forget to baste it now and again also and cover it with a lid so it doesnt dry out , if you want it to brown uncover for the last 20 minutes.

3. Still Hungry?
This entree has been on the menu at Spago since we opened. It continues to be one of the favorites, probably because it is so simple. Best of all, it's fast and easy to make.
Notes:
Place the chicken breasts on 4 large heated dinner plates.
Top with the sauteed garlic and parsley, Serve with fresh vegetables cooked al dente.
Note: Make sure to get the charcoal very hot and let it get coated with gray ash before grilling the chicken.
If you are using a gas or electric grill, get it very hot, too, then turn the heat down to medium to cook the chicken.
Look for a Provencal wine or perhaps a white Zinfandel from California. Domaine Otts classic Rose is one of the best from the South of France.

Buy a box of chicken flavored Rice a Roni, cook to directions. At the point where you add water, also add cooked, diced, chicken breasts (2-3), and broccoli. Simmer; after about 15-20 minutes top with low-fat cheese and cover until cheese melts. Super easy one dish meal.

bake fish over sliced potatoes. Just get a big chunk of fish in the store (I prefer halibut or another fleshy white fish). fry some onions, slice potatoes, make a bed of potato and onion in an oven dish, put your salted fish on top and just bake it till done. it is sooo delicious, filling and healthy. I would accompany with a salad--maybe romaine with cherry tomatoes and fresh mozarella balls.

Pot roast in a crock pot with some baby carrots and baby red potatoes, and a packet of onion soup mix. It will cost you less than $20 for all the ingredients, and take about an hour to cook.
