The recipe that follows is how I'm going to prepare my own wings for the Big Day. I prefer to have them not battered or coated in flour, but you can roll them in flour after they've marinated and before baking.
Hot Wings
18 wings, tips discarded
Italian Salad dressing
Salt Pepper
1/4 - 1/2 Hot Sauce
1 cube Butter
Marinate the wings in dressing over night. Spread in a single layer on a baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in a 375 degree oven until browned and cooked thru (about 35 -40 minutes)
Meanwhile, melt butter and add hot sauce. When wings come out of the over, put them in a large bowl and cover with sauce. Mix them up a bit and serve with blue cheese dressing and celery stix.

Soy Sesame Baked Wings
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic cloves
2 eggs
3 lbs chicken wings (skin left intact)
Cut chicken wings apart at the joint, and discard wing tips.
Measure the rest of the ingredients into a large container with a lid. Mix well.
Add wings into the above marinade. Make sure all pieces are coated with the marinade, then place lid over tightly.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. (The longer you leave it in, the more flavorful the wings.) Turn bowl often as wings marinate.
Remove from marinade. Discard marinade. Arrange chicken on foiled lined tray.
Bake at 350ºF in the oven for about 20 minutes, remove tray and turn wings over, then bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove to plate and serve!

After working in a pizza place for a while, I've learned a thing or 2 about wings. In my opinion, you're better off frying them. Wings tend to be fatty, and give off quite a large amount of fat when baked. I think the wings almost stew in the fat if you bake them
As for sauces. Real simple. 1 C hot sauce - usually Frank's Red Hot, 1/2 C butter - melt the butter, add the hot sauce. Pour over hot wings - stir/shake to coat.
Serve with Bleu Cheese and Celery.

You can clean them and then dip them in a mix of Red Rooster hot sauce and margarine. Bake at 375 for about an hour. More than likely they won't be very crisp. Frying them first and then dipping and baking is the only way know how to get them crisp.

marinate them the night before in a variety of sauces you find at your local grocery store. if you are going to bake them line a baking sheet w/foil (easy clean-up) spray w/cooking spray. bake @ 350 for 40 minutes, flipping half way thru. to crisp them up broil 4 minutes each side. if you dont want to go thru the whole process of baking, then just broil them. make sure the wings are completely thawed and put them under the broiler for 10-12 minutes each side. reserve some of the marinade & toss the wings once they are cooked if you like them extra saucy!!!!!

Suhnrise has the Technique to get them cooked (see above), but in Buffalo N.Y. Tabasco Sauce is used instead of Rooster Sauce and of course, you will need Blue Cheese dressing and celery sticks. Good Luck!
