I like the dark tuna myself. It seems to me that the albacore tuna is a bit bland and dry in comparison.

I don't like the albacore tuna but I use a lot of the "light" tuna, always canned in water, not oil.

I personally don't like the Albacore. I just buy the Wegmans (local store) 'Chunk Lite Tuna' in the blue can - sometimes the yellow can. I don't like the name brand stuff - too much water. Wegmans seems to be more tuna - less water - AND less price.

I prefer the pink...there is just something about the white tuna...its texture is kind of weird to me. ?? Too meaty and kind of...gosh I just can't put my finger on it but its weird.
