Buy some fresh pre-cooked tiger shrimp. They are usually pre-peeled and require no de-veining. Your local butcher should be able to steam or boil a pound for you if they are not already cooked.

Take them home, give them a rinse and sautee them with garlic and E.V.O.O. with some black pepper. Toss into a bowl of your fav. pasta along with some primavera vegetables and a creamy cheese sauce. How easy can it get?

You can also simply toss into a wok with vegetables and noodles. Create a stirfry sauce from ginger, sesame oil and soy sauce.

Don't call people "gang," it's too white.

If you put the shrimp in an oven save oval-like bowl with a lot of real butter, your favorite herbs(garlic is great), and cover w/ mozzerella and parm cheese. Cook at like 350 for 10-15 mins(depending on shrimp) When the cheese is melted and golden brown your shrimp should be cooked and you've got a pretty tasty appetizer. Take a look at the shrimp and make sure they are pink, if you're using big shrimp, you can just sautee them on the stove then put them in the bowl w/butter and cheese, stick it under the broiler for a min. to melt the cheese.

Ingredients: Shrimp, White Cooking Wine, Ground Pepper, 1 clove Fresh Garlic (or jarred minced garlic - follow serving suggestion), Angel Hair Pasta, Fresh Parmesan Cheese and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil.

Saute Shrimp and Garlic in White Wine, Cook Pasta, toss pasta, shrimp, and ground pepper in olive oil top with Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese, Serve with a simple garden salad and a chilled bottle of Chardonnay. Do not forget to light the "Unscented" candles. And for dessert, if your wife loves chocolate how about 2 extra large Chocolate covered strawberries, served with a light whipped cream.

Ok now I'm hungry! Enjoy!

If you have a grill - skewer the shrimp on rosemary branches (take the leaves off the lower part to make a skewer but the leave them on the end for decoration) and grill. Rub the shrimp with oil, salt and pepper or grill seasoning and soak the rosemary in water first so it doesnt burn. If no grill - the broiler will work well too. Shrimp cook super fast, so cook them until they turn pink and just start to curl up.

Serve a few dipping sauces for them if you want to - you can buy pesto, hot sauce, sweet and sour, creamy balsamic dressing, greek-style yogurt sauce (tziki), etc at the store or make your own. Fun to feed eachother too :)

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNDVB

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
