I am seriously sick of all the stuff I usually cook. I need some new ideas. I don't mind cooking but needs to be reasonably easy to make cos I'm tiered when I get in.

No Turkey or ham suggestions please. My husband doesn't eat pork and we just ate turkey for thanksgiving so I'd rather not have that again. If you suggest something unusual can you include a recipe for it? Thanks to everyone.

I am talking about Indian Cuisine, and he is vegetarian .. somehow I need to learn cooking first (I have never entered the kitchen in my life except to make noodles) .. but now we're all of adults and I feel the need to know all a home-maker does .. In about approx.3 months or less, he'll be here.. and I want to make all kinds of dishes for him.. Do you think it's possible? My friends suggest I first start with cutting up the vegetables (God help me) .. But do I go for cooking classes or best, learn from my mom and aunts???

Non-veg cooking has greater varieties but, my luck, I have to learn Vegetarian varieties ... any suggestions??? Please help ...........

My mother in law made a turkey on thanksgiving in a bag cooked on lower temperature for a long time and it was the juiciest I ever had, should i start high and maybe gradually turn heat low? I want my turkey to knock peoples socks off.
