Either should have it (but may be sold out, of course - especially thanks to Nigella, see below).
Look for cans of "graisse d'oie". Last year our local Sainsbury's had them at the entrance to the store.
If you can't get it: buy a duck, roast it slowly for a nice long time standing on a trivet (the duck, not you), then collect the fat from the bottom of the pan and use that - it's almost as good.
Then eat the duck meat wrapped in pancakes (or tortillas will do) with cucumber and spring onion sliced into matchsticks, and oyster sauce.

Sainsbury sell tins of it for around £2.50. In my local Sainsburys they were next to the vegtables.

Is there any real need to be responsible for the death of a goose just to cook your roast potatoes ?
It hardly relates to the normal behaviours associated with Christmas of caring and celebrating life does it ?
Or do animals not count ?

The large Tesco superstore should have it in stock for Xmas.
Otherwise I guarantee you that Asda has got it, as well as Morrison supermarkets , because I buy mine at both of them in Yorkshire.

You mean goose FAT and you can get it in both but you'll be lucky to get it today. You've left it a bit late.
