I have seen many divinity and fudge recipes online and in the newspapers but what I would like to know is: Can anyone give me their TNT recipes, i.e., those that have gone through a few generations, ideally the easier to make the better...lol. Merry Christmas!

All the TV chefs and best restaurants insist that meat should be pink in the inside. I have eaten at some restaurants and have blood spew across the plate when I try to cut into my meat. I think its disgusting and I do not eat meat which is pink in the inside. Meat should be BROWN throughout!! For that reason I rarely eat red meat at restaurants (i find white meat and fish tend to be cooked more throughly)

I know I am one of a dying breed of people who feel this way.

ANyone out there understand where I am coming from? FOr those who prefer their meat pink, what is the appeal?

I lined my baking dish with wax paper and poured in the caramel and let it cool. When I went to peel off the paper from the caramel, it stuck. Now What? I think I might have just ruined about 4 pounds of homemade caramel? Is there anything I can do to get the wax paper off?

What meal should I make for Christmas dinner. I am actually cooking a holiday meal this year (not like Thanksgiving) and do not want the traditional turkey or ham. Can any of you suggest a good meal with appetizers and all? This means appetizers, side dishes, the main course, and a dessert.

I need real suggestions please! Thanks!
