I am seriously sick of all the stuff I usually cook. I need some new ideas. I don't mind cooking but needs to be reasonably easy to make cos I'm tiered when I get in.

You should get your self a slow cooker (can get them from argos for about £20). you can have anything cooking in it - ie chicken, sausages potatoes etc slowly during the day and by the time you have come home of an evening, hey presto, its all ready to serve up!

How about stir-fried noodles with mushrooms and hoi-sin sauce? Sharwoods have started making ready-to-cook packaged noodles which are really nice.

Good luck with whatever you try!
