I have goose breast in my fridge and i want to make pate with it for tomorrow. Does anyone have a simple recipe on how to make it. I have never made it before and have no clue. The goose was given to me and there isn't enough for a full meal I have 15 people coming over for xmas dinner and thought it would be a good appetizer. If someone could help me i would greatly appreciate it thanks

It came out of the oven and sat on the stove. All the reasearch says 2 hours or in a chafing dish, but this was in a closed sealed porclean enamled cast iron pan. I was still warm after 3 hours. Is it ok? It went into the fridge and is going to be warmed in the oven before it is served tomorrow.

I'm cooking a turkey and a ham for Chistmas lunch... I don't have enough room in my oven though. Can I cook the ham inside the turkey? I've shoved the ham up the turkey already just to see if it fits and it does... and much fun is being had by all...
