I like to make my chicken Kebabs with cubes of boneless chicken breast marinated in pineapple juice and an eensy bit of cinnamon and curry, and on the skewer with pieces of pineapple, onion, cherry tomatoes and orange bell peppers...just throw 'em on the grill until the chicken is done. (if you want to make it go faster, cook the chicken prior to putting them on the skewer, and use a low heat on the grill to warm the veggies, but still have them a bit crispy)....the great thing about Kebobs is you can use your imagination....put whatever you like on the skewer!
