I do have a 9 inch spring form pan and a nine and eight inch pie plate. Would any of these work?

Pie plates have a slight angle to the sides, springform it straight.
Really you can use either the taste will be the same. Anyway tarts and pies are cousins.

any of these Will work,just don,t fill the pan too much maybe 1/4 to 1/2 inch full.

yes, use the pie plate with the smallest side. fill up half way. don't go to the top or your tart isn't considered a tart then. or, use a mini cookie sheet if you have one. 7x11

U SHOULD GO GET A TART PAN BUT IM PRETTY SURE A PIE DISH WOULD WORK FINE! HOPE ITS YUMMY HAPPY HOLIDAYS
