i bake mine about 2 hours, covering it with aluminum foil after the first hour, you also can put a roast in one of those browning bags,,,,,,

each is the same. first, use a meat thermometer in each, or share, but make sure to wash it before using it on each meat and after each check (do not transfer pork bacteria to beef roast). second, cook both at 350F for about 2-3 hours OR until thermometer reads a safe temperature for you to enjoy! don't forget salt and pepper with a hint of garlic on beef and hint of rosemary on pork.
seperate pans, cover both with foil for first half. put a bit of water in bottom of each pan.

depending on how big it is, try cutting it open after about 1-1/2 hours to see if there is any blood
