This is my first time making pot roast. It says to braise the pot roast how do u do that?

I'm trying to make merengues with a hand blender. It's all mixed together... the eggwhites were first, then slowly I added the sugar, then vanilla... but it's not fluffy... it's runny... is there anything I can do that will save it or do I have to start all over??

I'm lactose-intolerant.. can anyone tell me if there is lactose (milk, butter) in molasses.... those gingerbread men look very tempting. haha

don't want to go back to the store today. So if you can help me I'd love it. I want to make them as a Christmas surprise for my husband. I have a whole box of rice crispies, I have peanut butter and I have to use artificial sugar as my husband is diabetic but it is well controlled so he does get sweets on special occasions. I am out of eggs too. I don't want to go back to the store but it is only 2 miles from me if I have to.

Can anyone help me?

So, I have decided to cook lobster for the holidays instead of turkey (because I am tired of eating birds), but there is one problem....

Earlier this week I saw part of an episode of 30 minute meals and she took ground beef and some other stuff, mixed it, squished it on a cookie sheet, added some prochuto, provolone cheese, and other stuff. Can someone tell me what the recipe was. I tried searching for it on FoodTV.com but didn't have enough info to do a proper search.
