I'm lactose-intolerant.. can anyone tell me if there is lactose (milk, butter) in molasses.... those gingerbread men look very tempting. haha

nope. molasses is a by-product of refining sugar

No lactose in molasses that I know of but the butter and milk can be another thing. It won't do any harm to just hold a gingerbread cookie to your nose and breath heavy.

There's no diary products in molasses. Molasses is partially refined sugar syrup. The black strap molasses has some sulfur in it.
