Cut potatoes in cubes, put them in chopper. If you want it dry this is enough. If you want a soft mashed potato add some milk and butter or oil to the potato cubes in the chopper. It will come very soft and smooth. Done and ready to eat with much health and good luck to you.

I use the trusty old common fork...however do it when you take the potatoes out hot...it mashes just as well.
