I have Hershey's Cocoa, for baking, thats what i want to ues, so it you have a recipe for fudge uesing that, please let me know. Thanks.

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
12 (1 ounce) squares German sweet chocolate
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
4 1/2 cups white sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS
Combine chocolate chips, German sweet chocolate and marshmallow creme in large bowl.
Combine sugar, butter, evaporated milk and salt in heavy skillet. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour hot syrup over chocolate mixture. Stir with wooden spoon until smooth. Stir in pecans.
Spread into buttered 10x15 inch pan. Let stand until firm; cut into squares.

Giant Chocolate Chips Serves: 6 Servings Ingredients: 2 c Flour 1 ts Baking soda 1 ts Salt 1 c Butter - softened 1 1/2 c White sugar 1 Egg 1 ts Vanilla 12 oz Chocolate chips Instructions: Mix flour, salt, baking soda in small bowl. In large bowl cream butter until fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar. Add egg and vanilla until fluffy. Stir in flour mixture and chips. Shape into 1 1/2 to 2 inch balls; place 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. (5-6 per large sheet) Bake 350 degrees on middle rack 25-30 mins. Cool on cookie sheet. Makes about 18 cookies 15 Minute Brownies Ingredients: 3/4 c Flour 1/4 ts Baking soda 1/4 ts Salt 1/3 c Butter 1/2 c Sugar 2 tb Water 12 oz Chocolate chips; semi-sweet 1 ts Vanilla 2 Eggs Instructions: 1. Combine flour, soda and salt; set aside. 2. In microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar and water. Cook for 2 minutes at 100% power, stirring after 1 minute. Remove from oven.Add 1 cup chocolate chips and vanilla and stir until smooth and chips are melted. 3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Blend in flour mixture and stir in remaining chocolate chips. 4. Pour into an 8 or 9 inch microwave-safe baking pan. Place a saucer, upside down, in the microwave and put baking pan on top of saucer. 5. Cook at 70% power for 10 minutes turning after 5 minutes.

Get in car...go to grocery store...by cookies and fudge...get home...unwrap...place on plate in decorative design...tell family and friends how long it took to make...if someone asks for recipe, tell them it is a family secret!!
