Butter Finger Pie
(So easy and very rich tasting)
1 Container of Cool Whip
1 pkg of Cream Cheese (8 oz)
1 pkg of miniature Butter Finger Candy Bars
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust (I use the one already pre-made)
Just mix together real well the Cool Whip and Cream Cheese, stir in the Crushed Butter Finger Candy bars (I store mine in the fridge so they will not melt and they are easier to crush) Spoon into Graham Cracker Crust and that's it. Let it chill in the fridge for about an hour so it will set up good.

My son asks for this to take to his friends for get togethers they are in the early 20's.
Taco Dip
blend together1 pkg. (8 ounces) cream cheese at room temp.
with 1/2 cup mayonaise
and 1/2 cup sour cream
I use the food processor for this.
spread out on a serving platter
cover with one jar of salsa (better if you let it sit in a bowl lined with paper towels for about an hour to absorb extra moisture)
sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozarella chees
serve with tortilla chips
you can add raw onions, peppers whatever you like but the young guys seem to like it plain.
I use spicy salsa.
