Some degreaser/cleaner was used on my gas oven temp. dial and the numbers were obliterated. Is there a template or something? Can you purchase a universal knob? I am sick of guessing.

I was going to prepare my dressing for Thanksgiving on Monday..and keep it refridgerated till Thanksgiving. Now, would it be better to bake it then refrigerate it..or just wait to bake till Thanksgiving day? Thanks:)

What does pushing it down and allowing it to rise again really do? If it rises once, it seems like the bread would be lighter and fluffier, but recipes always say punch down and let rise again. Help me figure this out, because my yeast rolls never do right.

grind it up with your hands
form it to look like a turkey
bake it until it's golden brown
take it out and serve.
no matter what cut a person gets, it will all taste the same and everyone will be treated equal. what do you think.
