I've been wanting to use non-dairy creamer for recipes, and the powdered in the coffee aisle is just so much cheaper than the usual "Silk" brand in the dairy section. Is there some conversion method to make the powder into a liquid?
Thanks

I'm using a rather dated cookbook, making a banana loaf, and it calls to be baked in a moderate oven. There is also no mention of how long to bake the loaf for.

Any ideas/advice would be appreciated.
