egg salad, pew!!!! Never, ever pack anything that's going to smell bad or go bad when it's not refrigerated, great way to give someone food poisoning! Leave the egg salad for at home lunches.

I freeze a pouched drink and an apple sauce or mixed fruit cup, then pack a roast beef, watercress, bean sprout, tomatoe and avocado with mayo sandwich between the two frozen items. Add some really cold grapes, baby round cheese (the kind with the wax around it) and my favorite trail mix. Enjoy!

I knew americans had big appetites but a SACK lunch?! Just how much food can you guys eat midday? I do like to make quorn sausage rolls. I bake the sausages(defrosted) inside wholemeal bread dough with ketchup. A full fat yoghurt and some fruit to finish.

Tuna fish Sandwich with lots of Lettuce, pickles, onions, and black olives in it. Potato chips, string cheese and a bottle of water. Of coarse the sandwich tastes the best when you put it on Sourdough bread. Make sure you bring some gum for after wards, nobody likes tuna breath.

A Japanese bento! Rice, chicken/beef teriyaki, shrimp/vegetable tempura, cucumber otsukemono, California rolls, and some pickled ginger.

So, it may not fit in a sack lunch, but, it sounds good!

Hmm, I like a whole roast duck in orange sauce. The paper bag helps seal in the flavor.
