Cheesy salsa dip
This recipe is awesome for parties as an appetizer. (easiest to make in a crock pot)

1 small block Velveeta( I use the generic-just as good!)
2 jars salsa( I like medium to give it a little tang)
2-3 lbs ground beef,drained

Just add all the ingredients in a crock pot and stir occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips or doritos or whatever you like.
