I think it can be ok for a week before the fuzzies can be seen. Go get a package of those plastic jar covers in your housewares department and try them out..I have a lot of luck with food staying fresh in the cans.

the other answers of a week sound good BUT if you want it to stay fresh and SAFE for even longer...
very tightly reseal the sauce bottle, flip it upside down.. it will stay much safer and fresher to eat for weeks to come...besides the fact that you are not wasting it. canning is done like this and ive been doing it for years. works like a charm.

A week or two. If it's not moldy yet, it's fine. If you think it's been awhile but it's still not moldy yet, just boil it for a couple minutes and it will be fine.

Spagetti sauce is not a condiment (mustard, ketsup) it is a left over........... all left overs -- 3 days and out.
