When you take out the brownies and you stick a toothpick in, there isn't supposed to be anything on the toothpick? is there??? Need help, so frustrated, I put the brownies in the oven at 10:00. They were supposed to cook in 35-38 minuetes, and it's been 53 minuetes and they are finally solid. (I mean at about 47 min., there was still the batter coming out on the toothpick!!)

I’m fairly new at cooking, and I was wanting to make some pasta alfredo. Or chicken alfredo. Well, I didn’t realize that it was fairly simple to actually just make the sauce. So I purchased some in a jar already made. However, there are no instructions. And I cant find anything on the web. How do I prepare the sauce? Am I supposed to heat it? Do I do it in the microwave right in the jar? Do I do it on the stove in a sauce pan? Or do I just pour it on the cooked pasta strait from the jar without heating and serve?

I have some fresh hot peppers that I have just picked from my garden and I need to do something with them! They are producing alot this year.
I want to put them in jars and have a vinegar pepper sauce. Do I just cut the peppers up and put them in a jar filled with vinegar? And can it be apple cider vinegar?
Also, I have alot of cherry tomatoes.... anyone have a salsa recipe?? Thanks !!

My late Grandfather (from India) used to come over and make amazing fish curry once a year. I never could get the proportions of grated onion, garlic and spices right. Does anyone have a solution to this? I miss the feelgood satisfaction his curries would give me.
Please help.

I made a quiche about 4 weeks ago and froze it. I've pulled it out and defrosted it. Instead of turning on the oven to warm it up, can I microwave it? It's already cooked, it just may be a little frozen on the inside....
