20-30 min. depending on the grill and thickness of the steak. You have to cook it slow on a grill (not hottest spot) or it will char too much on the outside before the inside is done.

I am not sure, I would think 20-25 minutes, but not sure how hot your grill is. You should get a meat thermometer, they will tell you how long to put the meat on to get to well done... (and they are cheap, too)

Depends on how hot the coals are, I always use a meat thermometer...cook to an internal temperature of 160 for well done.

You can check the center just by feeling the steak, if when you press on it and it's soft, it's still red, the harder it gets the more well done it is.
